Itinerary ;
Day 1 – Monday : Piraeus - Mykonos
08.00 pick up from hotel and transfer to pireaus port for cruise for 4 days.
Morning transfer to the port of Piraeus for the 4-day Cruise to the Greek Islands and Turkey. Embarkation and sail for Mykonos at 11:00 a.m. At 6:00 in the afternoon, call at Mykonos. It combines the dazzling white beauty of a typical Cycladic island with a sophisticated international jet-set atmosphere and a very active night-life. Stroll at leisure through the white-washed, flower-decked alleyways to the sculpture church of Paraportiani or along the water-front of «Little Venice» to the well-known windmills. Sail to Kusadasi, Turkey at 10:00 p.m. ( L. D.)
Day 2 – Tuesday : Kusadasi ( Turkey ) / Ephesus - Patmos
07.00 a.m. Arrival in kusadasi port and private tour ( Complemantary ) Ephesus tour will be organised in Kusadasi. Met at the port after custom hall with your name sign visit Ephesus ancient city and The House of Virgin Mary. return back to the port and sail to Patmos at 12.00
We arrive at this beautiful rocky island where the exiled Apostle John wrote the Book of Revelation. We have an optional tour: we drive up to the Monastery of St. John the Evangelist, where we have a wonderful view of the island. We also visit the Grotto of the Revelation where the heavenly voice of God revealed to St. John the future of humanity. After some free time for browsing, return to the ship for sailing to Rhodes at 21.00. ( B. L. D.)
Day 3- Wednesday : Rhodes
At 7:00 in the morning call at Rhodes. This stronghold was built by a Crusading Order that originated from Palestine. Our optional half-day excursion takes us to visit the Temple of Athena on the majestic rocky Acropolis of Lindos, with the blue Aegean Sea beneath it and the sophisticated, white-washed artists’ colony at its foot. A local tradition held here has the Apostle Paul’s ship arrive in the small harbor. Afternoon free in Rhodes. Stroll around the medieval walled city, enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere from one of the elegant cafes in the marina. Sail for Heraklion, at 18:00. ( B. L. D.)
Day 4 – Thursday : Heraklion Crete - Santorini
At 7:00 in the morning, call at call at Heraklion Crete where our optional excursion takes us from the lively, bustling city to visit the Minoan Palace of Knossos, legendary home of the Minotaur. sail to Santorini at 11.30. Take a mule or the cable car up to the white-washed town of Thera, perched high on the rim of an ancient volcano that erupted about 1600 BC and buried a flourishing Bronze Age town which has now been excavated at Akrotiri. At 21:00 leave for Athens. ( B. L. D. )
Day 5 – Friday : Piraeus – Athens Departure
07.00 a.m. pick up from Pireaus port and transfer to Athens airport or city center. ( B. )
