Itinerary ;

 

Day 1 : Arrival to Athens
Welcome to Greece. Upon your arrival in Athens Airport our representative will meet and assist in your transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Athens. (D)

 

Day 2 : Half Day Athens Tour
After breakfast enjoy a tour of Athens, combining many of the cities principal modern and classical sights. Visit the Acropolis and drive by the House of Parliament and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Panathenian Stadium (site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896), the Presidential Palace and the Roman Temple of Olympian Zeus. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Athens. (B,D)

 

Day 3 : Athens – Thessaloniki
Depart Athens early in the morning.Transfer from your hotel in Athens to Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos for your morning flight to Thessaloniki. On arrival, transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon visit the most interesting museum of THESSALONIKI and sightseeing of the city. Dinner and overnight. (B,D)

 

Day 4 : Pella – Vergina – Lefkadia - Thessaloniki
Morning drive to PELLA, Alexander the Great's capital (visit). Continue to VERGINA to visit the tomb of King Phillip and the famous VERGINA treasures. Then on to LEFKADIA where you visit the excavations. Return to THESSALONIKI via VERIA. Dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Day 5 : Kammena Vourla – Athens
Start the return drive to Athens through the Valley of Tempi, Larissa, Lamia, Thermopylae famous for the ancient battle that took place there (visit), Kammena Vourla, Athens. Overnight in Athens. (B,D)

Day 6 : Home
After breakfast transfer to the Airport for your flight back. (B)
